How do I find or search for a guest, booking or album?
Picsaurus provides an easy way to find your guests, so that you can easily take their photos or resend them their emails.
1. Tap search on the bottom right
2. Start typing to search, or use the "X" to clear your search. You can search for guest names, emails, phone numbers, booking ids, or names of their tours.
3. Tap search or return on your keyboard to submit your search
4. Here you can see we found a guest named "Lovelace". They are in the "FK spotless" tour, that runs today at 3:52am. We can see that they were sent their album via Email and SMS today at 2:23pm.
- Tapping the "Send" icon on the tour will resend the guest their media.
- Tapping the "Camera" icon will let you immediately start taking photos for that tour.
- Tapping the Tour itself will take you to the tour to view photos, other guests, and to edit it
- Tapping on the "Pencil/Edit" will let you edit the guest details directly
5. You can adjust the date range to search by tapping below the search box.
6. You can adjust what to search by tapping the filter.
7. When searching for albums, you can get a preview of how many guests and photos are in that album.
