How to Share Trip Media with Guests
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share trip media with guests using the Picsaurus app. It explains how to share media with guests who are automatically added through reservations or waivers, as well as how to share with additional guests. It also covers methods such as sharing via email or SMS, using QR codes, sharing via Android or iOS, and scanning guest data from an itinerary. 1. Open your Picsaurus app from your phone.
2. Click into the trip's album
3. Click Sharing at the top menu.
4. It'll show the guests who have automatically been added to the trip via the reservation or digital waiver integration. These guests will automatically be sent and shared their trip media via email and/or text.
Tip: To share with additional guests there are many easy and fast ways to do it. We'll go over some additional methods below.
5. Click the 'Share' button.
6. You have 3 options to choose from. To share to the guests Email or SMS click the button.
7. You can search guests contact details in digital waiver or reservation data or you could simply type in the contact info in the field.
Searching is the easiest way but it requires your integration to be activated.
To search, start typing the guest's name.
8. The guests contact details will automatically appear. Select their details.
9. Click 'Save' to save the guest to the trip album. They will then get trip media automatically shared with with them.

10. Click 'Share'
11. Click 'Share QR Code'
12. A QR code will appear. Guests can scan this QR code with their phone to get direct access to only their trip photos and videos.

13. Click 'Share via Android' or 'Share via iOS' for Apple devices.
You'll then be able to AirDrop or Quick share or share via your social networks.

14. If you have an intinerary of guests with their contact info you can scan it. It'll then automatically capture guest data to share content to. You can review and edit if necessary.
15. You'll Then scan the guest data.
16. It'll grab the guest contact info automatically.
17. Click 'Add Contacts' and it'll automatically share content with those guests.

18. You can have a poster in your shop/kiosk/stand/bus/boat etc from which guests can scan the QR code to go view their photos.
