How do I resend a link to a guest?
Guests are automatically sent their links, see: How do I send guests their galleries?
However, sometimes guests might not see the first email, or accidently delete it on their side. When this happens you can resend the guest their links via the Picsaurus App.
- Navigate to the date of their Album
- Tap into their album
- Tap on "Sharing" on the top
- Find their guest entry
- Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the entry
- Hit resend
A resend will be automatically queued and the guest should expect a new email or sms in the next 10 minutes.
To reduce spam, guests are only notified once per 30 minutes. If you attempt to resend within this period, no message will be sent.
Guest still not finding it?
You can alternatively send a link to the guest via your own phone or email.
- Navigate to the date of their Album
- Tap into their album
- Tap on "Sharing" on the top
- Tap "Share"
- Tap "Share via Android/iOS"
- Send that link via your method of choice to the guest.
