How do I create additional logins/user?

You can create additional logins to your account for use by your staff.

To do so:

  1. Navigate to the web portal: https://roar.picsaurus.com/app/
  2. Log into your account
  3. Tap on "Users" in the top menu
  4. Click "Invite Teammates"
  5. Enter in the emails you want to invite.
  6. You can select from two Roles
    1. Admin - Has full access to your account
    2. User - Has limited access
      1. Cannot create or edit your Sites/Branding
      2. Cannot create logins
      3. Cannot manage your billing

Each user will receive an email from no-reply@roar.picsaurus.com with the subject "You have been invited to Picsaurus".

If a user hasn't found their email, they can go to the Forgot Password page ( https://roar.picsaurus.com/app/forgot ) and enter their email. If they have an account, it will send them a reset link.
