How do I send guests their galleries?

In order to get those sweet sweet reviews, you need guests to visit your galleries. There are multiple ways to give guests access to their photos.

Any contact details added to a Tour / Album will automatically receive a message when their gallery is uploaded. No need to watch for emails sending, manually tagging, or watching for alerts. The album will just send once uploads complete.

You can view existing guests in each tour by tapping into the tour, and the tapping the "Sharing" tab. It will also show you when any email or SMS has been sent. As well as let you resend the gallery.

Automatic Email / Sms

Connect your Rez System to Picsaurus and let it create albums and add guests automatically. Then all your staff needs to do is take photos and give a great experience to your guests.

No Rez System / Can I add guests other ways?

Don't have a rez system, or have one that isn't compatible? No worries! You can use your "Guest Scanner" to pull in contact details to your tours.

  1. Tap on the Tour you wish to send to guests
  2. Tap on Sharing on the top
  3. On the bottom right, Share
  4. Select the best sharing option.
    1. Be it scanning a guest list, sharing a QR code, manually entering their info, or sharing via your phone.
Scan
You can scan and paper or screen to scrap off emails. This is useful for bulk adding guests to your tours. You may need to edit or remove entries that the scanner found.
The QR Code will only show if the album was created while on data. If you are offline and creating an album the code may not show. If the album was pre-created for you, then it will have the QR code.
