Why are photos & videos watermarked?
Photos and videos delivered to guests are watermarked with you logo on the bottom right, in a minimalistic fashion. We want you to maximize the reach of your branding and tour without impacting your guests' experience.
You can customize your watermark by updating your logo.
To help keep pricing of Picsaurus low for you we do offer the option for guests to remove the watermark. They may choose to pay a small fee to remove the watermark from their photos. Much like the major Reservation Systems this fee is charged directly to the guest and not you.
Are guests charged to download their photos? No! They can still download their photos & videos without removing the watermark.
