When does a guest get contacted?

A guest will automatically receive an Email or SMS once content has been uploaded to their tour. It may take up to 5 minutes since the last photo was added for the email to be sent out.

Guests will also receive a new email or sms if their gallery gets modified. This message is only sent out if the tour was modified since the last time they looked. No one likes too many emails!

Once content has been sent to the guest, the Tour Details page will show a "Sent" banner. You can also tap on "Sharing" to see the last time stamp a message was sent to each guest.
