How do I manage "Auto top up" for photo or video credits?

You can automatically refill you upload usage credits when they are running low. To do so:

  1. Log into the workspace at https://roar.picsaurus.com/app/
  2. Scroll to "Photo Usage" or "Video Usage"
  3. Tap "Need more ____ upload credits?"
  4. Select the package you want to auto top up with, and click "Add"
  5. On the next screen, check "Auto Top Up"
    1. If you don't want to add any credits right now, uncheck "Purchase Now"
  6. Click "Confirm Purchase"
  7. You account now will automatically top up when you are running low.
    1. For photos it will automatically top up when you have less than 1GB
    2. For videos it will automatically top up when you have less than 30 minutes

Remove auto top up

You can remove auto top up at any point in time.

  1. Log into the workspace at https://roar.picsaurus.com/app/
  2. Scroll to "Photo Usage" or "Video Usage"
  3. In the box that says "Your account is set to automatically top up when running low", click "Details".
  4. Click and hold "Turn off Auto top up" to remove it.
