How to Customize Photo Marketing Features in the Guest Gallery
Customize Gallery Settings and Action Cards
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to customize gallery settings and action cards on the Picsaurus platform. It explains how to add or update your logo, customize your gallery link, change album sorting, add review buttons, change the theme of your guest galleries, and create action cards. By following this guide, users can personalize their galleries and enhance the user experience for their guests.
1. Navigate to https://roar.picsaurus.com/app/in/me
2. You'll be in your admin section of Picsaurus
3. Click "Edit" beside your company name
4. To add or update your logo, select 'Choose File'.
This logo will also be the watermark on the photos. We use your uploaded logo directly, and do not modify it. It may be scaled to fit on top of a photo. It will also be made "more transparent" to not block any contents below it. We do not do any color exchanging or darkening of your logo when applying it as a watermark.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click 'Save' to save your changes.
6. To Customize your gallery link and album sorting, Click "Gallery Basics"
7. The Picsaurus Vanity Url is the url guests will view their photos on. ie. https://roar.picsaurus.com/vanityurl
8. To change album sorting on the gallery, you can choose between date created or the name of the file. We recommend by date the file was created.
Alert: To save your updates, please scroll to the bottom of the page and press 'Save'
9. Click "Gallery Links" to update or add review buttons or custom buttons to your your guest galleries. We recommend having a TripAdvisor and Google Review button.
10. Click "Add Link" to add a new Button on the guest gallery.
11. Click the "Link Label" field to title the button. We recommend 'Review Us' if you're trying to generate a review.
12. Click the "Link Address" field to add a link to your review page.
13. Select the icon for the button. If it's for a Google Review select Google or if it's for TripAdvisor, select TripAdvisor's icon.
14. Click Icon
Alert: Make sure you save your updates. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
15. Click "Pick a Theme" to change the theme of your guest galleries - ie. It's colors. to match your brand.
16. Select your color palate.

17. Click "Gallery Action Cards" to update or create action cards.
Action Cards allow you to customize messages to guests for them to conduct a specific action. Ie Review or Tag Us or if you're running a special promotion.
18. Click the "Title" field to title the action card.
19. Click the "Description" field to write your custom message.
20. Click the "Link Label" field to write the text for the Button.
21. Click the "Link Address" field and paste your link to the your review site or web page you want people to visit.
22. Click "Add Card" to add the card to the guest gallery.
23. Scroll to the bottom and Click SAVE to save your work.
